No. The connector creates and updates YourPath marketplace orders only. Existing Shopify orders stay in your normal workflow and are not changed by YourPath.
Are YourPath orders drafts?
No. YourPath sends marketplace orders into Shopify for fulfillment so your team can pick, pack, label, and track them from the same operational queue.
Does YourPath access my Shopify customer database?
No. YourPath does not request read_customers. The connector sends only the fulfillment details Shopify needs, including shipping name and address.
Do I need to be a Shopify admin to connect?
Yes. A Shopify user with permission to install and authorize apps should complete the connection so the store can approve the required connector access.
What happens if I disconnect?
Product and order sync stops. Your Shopify store remains intact, and any already-created Shopify orders can still be fulfilled inside Shopify.
